On Thoreau Street, there is a new art space inside Frame-ables. Called
Gallery 111, the business features local photographers and other artists
in the custom frame shop. Owner Andrea Zall said she always envisioned
both a gallery and custom frame shop, but when she opened some 27 years
ago, the framing side of the business took off. Now, Zall is injecting
new energy to the gallery portion of the shop at 111 Thoreau Street.
Concord artist Lori Bate is exhibiting pastels for the time being, and
Zall said a new exhibit will be hung in January. She also carries
photographs by Bill Claybrook and others.
